How I Became Obsessed with Mindset, Growth, and Resilience
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by what makes people mentally strong. Not just in sports—but in life, business, relationships, and personal dreams.
What allows some people to treat failure as fuel, while others let it define them?
How do we stay focused and courageous when everything feels uncertain?
What does it take to keep chasing bold goals, even when fear and doubt show up?
These weren’t just questions—I needed the answers. Because I was fighting my own battles.
I moved to a new country—twice—without knowing anyone. I finished a bachelor’s degree in sport psychology in my second language and graduated with first-class honors. I battled through social anxiety, self-doubt, and financial struggles that forced me to develop the kind of mental strength you can’t get from a book.
But more than anything, I built my resilience by deliberately pushing myself into discomfort—over and over again.
What I’ve Overcome
I believed I could never run long distances - so I finished four half-marathons.
I trained for and completed a 70.3 Ironman in just 90 days—with zero background in the sport.
I went from fearing rejection to building a network of top athletes and entrepreneurs.
I overcame deep struggles with emotional eating and self-doubt to build my strongest body - multiple times.
I faced financial rock bottom (twice), with almost nothing to my name - and rebuilt my life both times.
I bet on myself by launching my own business, coaching athletes and high performers, and building a team.
I stepped in front of a camera and a microphone—even when fear told me not to—and built a podcast, coaching business and community online.
Every breakthrough came from facing discomfort, questioning my limits, and doing the hard thing anyway.
And now? That’s what I help others do every single day.
Why I Coach Athletes and High Performers
Because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to:
